This idea was born out of years of creating documentaries and meeting interesting individuals across cultures and backgrounds. I’ve found the whole process of interviewing people and getting to know them within a limited amount of time to be the most rewarding part.

One day, I gathered all the questions I had accumulated and put them together in a Word document. The day after, I decided to package them as a card game. I got in Illustrator, put together a design, and within a 72-hour burst of creativity, So Cards was born.

In 2018, the brand launched on Kickstarter, raising over 12,000 euros in funds from over 500 backers across the globe.
